Terms and conditions

The terms that govern your use of Yellow Pages Scraper and this website.

Last updated: September 2026. These terms are provided by Management-Ware Solutions (“Management-Ware”, “we”, “us”). Please read them carefully; by using this website or the Yellow Pages Scraper software you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using yellowpagesextractor.com (the “Site”) or downloading, installing or using the Yellow Pages Scraper software (the “Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Software. We may update these terms from time to time; your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

2. The software and your licence

Yellow Pages Scraper is a Windows desktop application published by Management-Ware Solutions. The Software is licensed, not sold. A paid licence is a subscription that runs for one year and may be activated on the number of computers stated for your edition (by default two), with additional-computer packs available. A free trial is offered with the limits described on the Site (for example, a cap on the number of records and disabled saving and exporting). Your licence is personal to you or your organisation and may not be resold, sublicensed or shared beyond the computers it covers.

3. Permitted use and your responsibilities

You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. In particular, you are responsible for how you collect and use data with the Software, including complying with the terms of service of any website or directory you access, applicable data-protection laws (such as the GDPR, PIPEDA and the CCPA) and anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM and CASL) when you contact the businesses or people whose details you collect. You agree not to use the Software to gain unauthorised access to any system, to disrupt any service, or for any unlawful, deceptive or harmful purpose. Information on the Site about the legality of web scraping is general information only and is not legal advice.

4. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works of the Software except to the extent permitted by law; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or attempt to circumvent its licensing or technical protections. You may not use the Software in any way that infringes the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The Software, the Site and all related content, trademarks and logos are owned by Management-Ware Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Yellow Pages Scraper is a trademark of Management-Ware Solutions. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you; you receive only the limited licence described above.

6. Payment, renewals and refunds

Prices and editions are shown on our shop, and payment is processed by our payment provider. Purchases are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee as described at the point of sale. Subscriptions cover the period stated for your edition; please review the current terms shown at checkout before you buy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the Software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data it collects will be accurate, complete or suitable for your purposes. You use the Software and any data you collect at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Management-Ware Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software will not exceed the amount you paid for the licence giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Quebec, Canada, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Changes take effect when posted. Please review this page periodically so you are aware of the current terms.
